The Music of Walking in Shadow

We tend to be very music-oriented in this group, and we actually began compiling playlists of music to listen to for specific episodes, as well as a general playlist for to default to, whenever we couldn't plan one in advance.

Season One & Two

These two seasons focused mainly on hard rock with bit of metal and techno thrown in. The theme came from Dante's band which played a few episodes and songs were initially selected to be among their covers. This continued for the better part of Seasons 1 & 2.

Season Three

With the death of Dante, the soundtrack for Season 3 has taken a more maudlin turn. Kei has taken over Dante's band and their sound has been reinvented. Within Temptation fills in as their new sound, which is why it they are so prominently featured on this list. If you haven't listed to their album, The Silent Force, I highly recommend you get it. Obviously this playlist is still evolving.
